Hand flags can be made to any size. We will give you the most common sizes for hand flags and you can decide if you need that size or something different.

Common hand flag sizes are:

2.12 x 18"
3.16 x 24"
4.40x60cm
5.60x90cm
6.80x120cm
7.90x150cm

90% of hand flags are made single sided having the image on the other side in reverse as these flags are small and is not necessary for double sided 3 layer flags, although if you want the hand flags to be double sided 3 layer flags then we can do that. Hand flags can come with poles:
Mini flags 4 x 6" come with a 0.5mm plastic pole length 25cm
12 x 18" dowelling 0.6cm length 60cm
16 x 24" dowelling 0.8cm length 90cm
2 x 3' dowelling 1cm length 100cm
3 x 5' dowelling 1.5cm lengh 150cm



Flag Material:
75D woven polyester for the budget in mind and promotion uses.
100D woven polyester better than 75D and economy fabric
200D Trilobal/Knitted Polyester for durability - longer life.
Paper 157gsm very cheap price and double sided printing
PVC can be double sided printing
PE most cheapest material for big quantity.

The common flag material for hand flags is 75D/100D polyester it's a light weight and economy material and perfect for hand flags.

PE material is the most cheapest material. But this material suite for small size and big quantity.

157gsm paper, PVC material can be printed on both sided and 1ply.

Hand flags are great for sporting clubs and promo events but can be made for any type of event or function.
